As per your last email, I took the truck to Elite Motors for the hub bearing assembly replacement and "Jenny'' took care of everything.

I dropped the truck off on Tuesday evening as the repair was scheduled for Wednesday morning and I received a call that afternoon that the truck was ready for pickup, no charge, all expenses satisfied by Swan Lake Motors.

My reason for writing is to commend you and your company Swan Lake Motors for a top- notch sale and after sale experience. It is understood that when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, issues can arise, however it is how they are handled that makes or breaks a company's reputation.

In my case, Swan Lake Motors stands tall as a first- class dealership and I intend to advise several of my friends who are looking to update their pickup trucks to contact you with this regard. Also, to thank Dave my salesman for his liaison work and after sales follow up, well done.

Where do you start when you are shopping for a good used truck? Well, I started by talking with Joe Anderson - A very personable sales professional at Swan Lake Motors. So the ball was then in his court. After a few days Joe phoned and said he had a truck that I should look at. He was right. I now own that truck, but not till Business Manager Robin had quickly completed the paper work (while telling me a couple of jokes).

No question you have to have a good team to be successful. That's what I found at Swan Lake Motors - from management to staff. I was really impressed to see Owner/GM Sid getting his hands dirty as he changes the plates from my old truck to my new one. And how about the same team transferring my old canopy to the new truck with 'Lil' Joe handling nuts and bolts and clamps. That's what I call, "Going the extra Mile". So together management and staff at Swan Lake Motors made buying the "right vehicle for me" a satisfying and enjoyable business experience.
